Wagon Wheel Productions invites you to apply to the annual Johnny Appleseed Festival in the Hollow to be held at the Wagon Wheel Music Park grounds on Sleepy Hollow Road in Philipsburg, PA.
DATES/HOURS: Saturday, September 3rd, 2011 from 10:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Please check our web site at www.wagonwheelevents.com for cancellation information.
REGISTRATION and SET-UP: Gates will open at 6:00 A.M. on Saturday, September 3rd for registration and set-up. You must register before setting up. Booth assignments are on a first-come, first-serve basis.
RULES: A list of rules is enclosed with your application. The rules will be enforced. You must sign a contract agreeing to abide by the rules. The facility has a right to exclude any exhibitor not abiding by the rules, to limit the entries in any category, to remove any work considered inappropriate or not consistent with the rules.
BOOTH FEE: Each booth space is approximately 10ft X 12ft and the cost is $20.00 per space. Make check payable to Wagon Wheel Productions, Inc. An accepted application is a commitment to the show. No refunds will be made. Payment must accompany application.
BOOTH DESIGN: Exhibitors must provide their own displays; these displays must be sturdy enough to withstand weather and crowds, minimizing any potential for injury. Each exhibitor is responsible for his/her own display in case of loss or damage. Tables, chairs, and protection from the elements (rain and sun) are the responsibility of the exhibitor.
DEADLINE: Applications must be received no later than August 29th, 2011. The booth fee must accompany the application.
